Refund policy

In order to protect our employees and customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our return policy due to the ongoing pandemic.

We will NOT be accepting any returns of merchandise until further notice.


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges 
If damages are documented, after an investigation we may offer an exchange for the exact product. If the same product is unavailable we will issue a store credit. However, the fastest way to ensure you get the replacement is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send the new product.
