Shipping policy

General Informat

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and received within the specified time frame, we advise you to make sure that your address is entered correctly and all required information is given. We do not take the responsibility for lost, msplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments, if the information provided is incorrect.For international shipments, the goods will be imported pn behalf of the buyer. The buyer is also responsible for paying any additional taxes and duties. 

Processing time

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping after your payment is authorized and verified. We will make the effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. This does not include weekends and holidays.

Shipping rates

After your order has been processed and your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking infromation. For U.S, domestic and International orders (select locations), we will use USPS to ship. For orders shipping to Jamaica specifically, we will use JW Courier Service to ship. Your final shipping cost will be displayed at the point of checkout. 

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Out of stock

If your order includes multiple items and one(or more) of the items are out of the stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issusing a refund to your original form of payment.
